There has been tons of research done that emphasizes the importance of a daily exercise regimen. Most of us know that we need to exercise daily and stay in shape. The issue comes to our motivation. Some people just need a person there to kick them in the behind. Once they start, it’s easy to keep going.
If you need another source of motivation, consider the cost of a trainer! Yes, it isn’t exactly something you can buy with the change jar, but if you make the investment, don’t you think you will push yourself that much harder to get your money worth?
Our packages are unlike typical gym packages, in that once you buy the session, it is yours to use as you wish. There isn’t a requirement to use _____ many sessions a week. If you want training once a week, and you can do your homework between sessions, then we can work with that. If you want 3 sessions this week, but then want to drag them out and go to only 1 a week, that’s OK too!
Another aspect of our training program that differs dramatically from a gym is the fact that we teach you how to work out on your own. A gym makes its money by resigning their clients on a regular basis. The end result is that you, the client, unknowingly becomes dependent on a trainer for assistance. We are not concerned with how many times you buy sessions. We are honestly 100% concerned with helping you reach your goals and continue with what you have been taught.
When Jan works with you, she won’t just tell you to do an exercise. She will tell you WHY you need to do it and what you are gaining from it. In our experience, people tend to perform much better after understanding why they are doing a task, rather than blindly follow instructions.
